Terms and Conditions of Moto Master Class

By enrolling in courses at Moto Master Class, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Fees

Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of course fees.

Fees: All payments must be made prior to the start of the motorcycle training.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date. Late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Course Participation

Skill Levels: Courses cater to various skill levels. Please select the course that suits your experience.

Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for successful completion. Missed classes may not be rescheduled.

Materials: Participants are responsible for bringing any necessary materials or resources for the lessons.
3. Safety and Conduct

Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Disruptive behavior may lead to immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
4. Liability
Moto Master Class is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during motorcycle training. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in motorcycle education.
5. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, training manuals, and content provided during the courses are the intellectual property of Moto Master Class and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
6. Course Changes
We reserve the right to alter course schedules, instructors, or locations as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Singaporean law.
